The dimensions guide will give you the measurements of the seat and the suspension to give you an idea if your desired seat will fit into your equipment, truck, fork lift etc.

This form is to be filled out by our dealers for any warranty claims on our products. Please fill out this form with each returned seat and fax it to us.
