1. Due Date
  All purchases are due 30 days from invoice date.
2. Interest Charges
  We reserve the right to charge interest of 2% per month, (24% per annum), on the outstanding balance(s) of the purchaser’s account
3. Product Returns
  All product returns, must be unused, in reasonable condition, freight prepaid and must be authorized by Ultra Seat Corporation with a RGA (Return Authorization Number) prior to return. No returns accepted after 90 days from the date of invoice. Please include a copy of the original purchase invoice with the returned product. Products returned are subject to a 15% restocking charge (some exceptions may apply). All Canadian product returns must be shipped to the Ultra Seat Corporation distribution center in Edmonton, Alberta. All U.S. product returns must be shipped to the Ultra Seat Corporation distribution centre in Portland, Oregon. The resulting credit will be posted to your account for use against future purchases. Ultra Seat Corporation will not assume the responsibility for any damages or shortages of goods, after
